Queen of Carrots

At the end of summer, my husband planted a long double row of carrots in our garden for harvesting in the fall. We pulled a few here and there to enjoy them during the cool weather, but when the temperature turned frigid my husband harvested all the rest. We have been harboring bags and bags of carrots in our fridge, and I feel like we eat them at every meal. Therefore, I am proclaiming myself to be the Queen of Carrots.
